Information bound for management of reciprocal clubs

Royal Horse Club invites other business, social or sport clubs worldwide to become a reciprocal club. Your members are invited to visit us and to utilise many club facilities free of charge.

We do not offer a general agreement, because final conditions depend on our unique agreement.

Our facilities are:

Shuttle Service

Guests can use our shuttle service from Cologne Airport to our locations. We offer BMW 7series with chauffeur and a maximum of comfort.

Location

Dining rooms, bar and banquet or meeting rooms up to 300 guests. It is located in the heart of Cologne on the 41^th floor of Cologne Tower with a spectaculary view on Cologne cathredal and river Rhine. Distance to railway station 3 mls., to Cologne Airport 15 mls. Security services, high level equipment, concierge service and office services are granted.

Restaurant with three-course gourmet menu
Wine bar offers 50 wines, hors d’œvres, á la carte and cheese specialities

Meals Monday to Saturday: 6pm – 11.30pm
Sundays Brunch: 11am – 11pm
Tea-Time: 3.30pm – 6.30pm

Night Bar offers cosmopolitan sound, lounge & starry sky
Friday & Saturday: 11pm – 3am

No casual dresses !

Horse riding

Depending on our agreement guests can rent a horse from our own riding stable. It is located outside from Cologne (northwest, 25 mls. away). A beautiful landscape is a fine basis for a riding tour with one of our horses or a coach (with coachman). Guests can also book a show jumping lesson with a professional rider. After the ride guests can relaxe in "Rider's Parlor" with coffee, tea and soft drinks. Reservation is necessary.

Special Agreements

We work for your comfort and satisfaction. To realize your convenience it is possible to arrange a lot of special services. For example:

Guests can recieve a temporary Royal Horse Club ID-card to utilise special and exclusive shopping conditions in Cologne. On request a personal shopper will attend our guests to the finest shopping places.

We offer special accomodation rates at Hyatt Regency Cologne.

Guest members obligatory need a letter of introduction.

Closing time for an announcement of a visit is 21 days before arrival.

Guests members are also committed to accept and to respect our club rules.

Payments can be done by cash (Euro or US-Dollar) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard & Amex)
